Explosive phone call by Donald Trump leaked

January 4, 2021

In this audio leaked by the Washington Post, Trump can be heard trying to convince a Georgia official to overturn the US election results in that state.

The Washington Post has published an explosive audio recording of a leaked phone call between Donald Trump and a top-level official in the state of Georgia. In the call, Trump can be heard trying to convince the official to overturn the results of the US election on the 3rd of November in his favour. Trump urged the official to “find” the missing votes, threatening him with criminal charges if he failed at this request. The official, however, reaffirmed that his state’s results are correct. The phone call lasted just over an hour.
