This comes after he tweeted pictures of machine guns.
After the murder of Brendin Horner and subsequent protests in Senekal, Julius Malema has been vocal with threats of violence and reprisal. Recently, he took to Twitter to post several photos as videos of machine guns, saying that the EFF is “ready to fight” to uphold democracy. The DA’s chief whip has said that they have brought criminal charges against Malema for inciting violence through these tweets and calls to arms. They have also called on parlement to condemn the comments made by Malema.
