Down Dog is a popular home yoga app that has made its workouts free until the 1st of May to help people stay active during their quarantine. Down Dog’s yoga app is by far its most popular, but they also have a HIIT, 7-minute workout and Barre workout app that is also free-to-use for the entire April with no limits at all. The apps are available on Android and iOS.
