He fell off an electric bike and had to undergo a 6-hour surgery.
Simon Cowell had a horror fall this weekend after he fell off of his new electric bike. The 60-year old broke his back and had to undergo a 6-hour surgery. As a result of his injuries, he won’t be able to appear on America’s Got Talent which is set to kick off soon. Instead, Kelly Clarkson will stand in for him. After this incident (and surgery) Simon tweeted to thank the hospital staff who are looking after him.
