It goes out to those who have recently lost loved ones.
Although many people thought that the start of 2021 would mark a turning point regarding the coronavirus, it turns out that many have lost loved ones due to the second wave. That’s exactly what led Afro-Soul singer Ami Faku to team up with Emtee to create a new track called “Lala Ngoxolo”.
It literally means “Rest in Peace” and is written for those who have recently loved lost ones. Lyrics like “we’ll see each other in another world” feature in this hauntingly beautiful local hit. The song can be streamed on all major platforms.
