Kit’ is designed to help people stay connected with close friends.
‘Kit’, short for ‘keep in touch’ is the name of a new Apple Watch app developed by Facebook. Essentially, the app is a simplified version of Facebook Messenger. However, it only works on the Apple Watch and has certain exclusive features, like speech-to-text, location sharing and the ability to send short voice notes. It is not all that clear why Facebook released this app, seeing as Messenger already has a Watch app.
