Yet another billionaire has jetted off to space. Founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, took to the sky this week aboard a rocket that was manufactured by his space exploration company, Blue Origin. Not too long ago, his peer, Richard Branson did the exact same exercise aboard a ship built by Virgin Galactic. The rocket built by Bezos and his team is also reusable, similar to the Falcon 9 developed by Elon Musk’s SpaceX. The rocket Bezos and his team blasted off into space with is, however, fully autonomous, which is a feature that Blue Origin hopes distinguishes it from its competitors.
