They’ll send a technician to your home to sort out your phone repairs.
In their latest press release, Samsung revealed that they will be making a new door-to-door repair service available in South Africa. Users who need phone repairs can simply log an issue online and a technician will be dispatched to their home or office. The inspiration behind this new service is the fact that many people are still preferring to stay home, especially amid a third wave of Coronavirus in South Africa. The technician might need to take your phone in. If they do, they will return it to your address as soon as it has been fixed. The entire process and timeline can also be monitored online on Samsung’s website.
