Several users have logged complaints on Samsung’s online support forum.
Several complaints have been made on Samsung’s online support forum regarding their new Galaxy S20 Ultra smartphone. Apparently, the phone on this slim device just starts to crack for no reason. Users have uploaded photos of the damage caused by no fault of their own. It looks like the entire camera casing shatters, which is not good news. Samsung, however, maintains that there is no factory fault on their devices and that damage like this is simply not possible. As a result, they are contending that this damage is not covered by their warranty.
